Member Meeting January 9th, 2020

Dear Condo Directors Alliance members.  Due to the fact that the first Thursday was on Jan. 2nd this year, we acknowledged our member’s request to hold our meeting on the second Thursday, January 9th.

We are compiling the “Never Hire” list so be sure to request one and add to it if necessary.

Our meeting Agenda on the 9th will be “Investing Reserves” a necessary step to NEVER having a Special Assessment.  Please do not miss this important Topic. Meeting commences at 6:30 PM, See you then! And let’s have the best 2020 ever!
